Monade
Serija “Niti napetosti” inspirirana je nasljeđem zidnih dekora i tekstilnih instalacija iz 60-ih i 70-ih godina, koje su interijerima dodavale slojevitost, toplinu i taktilnost. Kroz suvremeni izraz i vlastitu interpretaciju, autorica razvija nježnu, ali prisutnu prostornu dinamiku, istražujući granicu između dekora i skulpture.
Biografija:
Jelena Malenica (1988., Šibenik)
Umjetnica i dizajnerica, dio autorskog dvojca THE ALL. U svom radu istražuje odnose forme, materijala i prostora, s osobitim naglaskom na metal kao osnovni medij. Djeluje na razmeđi između umjetnosti i uporabnog, često balansirajući između dekorativnog i skulpturalnog. Živi i radi u Zagrebu.

The series “Threads of Tension” is inspired by the legacy of wall decors and textile installations from the 60s and 70s, which added layers, warmth and tactility to interiors. Through contemporary expression and her own interpretation, the author develops a gentle but present spatial dynamic, exploring the boundary between decor and sculpture.
Biography:
Jelena Malenica (1988, Šibenik)
Artist and designer, part of the creative duo THE ALL. In her work, she explores the relationships between form, material and space, with a particular emphasis on metal as a primary medium. She works on the border between art and the utilitarian, often balancing between the decorative and the sculptural. She lives and works in Zagreb.
